Returns and Refunds

Sometimes, you just don’t love an item. If you need to make a return and your purchase is eligible, we’ll take it back within 30 days of purchase and refund your order.

What can I return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need to include proof of purchase.

We unfortunately cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable patterns
  • Custom orders
  • Clearance items

We can’t accept returns after 30 calendar days have passed. If you try to make a return after that time, we’ll send it back to you, and you’ll need to pay for the delivery costs. 

Because every item in our shop is handmade and unique, we cannot offer exchanges. Additionally, we do not offer partial refunds.

When will I receive a refund?

If you’re sending the item back by mail, please allow 2-4 weeks for us to receive the item. Once we receive the item, it will take 3-5 days for us to process the return and initiate the refund.

Once the return is accepted, we will post the refund to your preferred refund method. If you paid by debit or credit card, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for the payment to post to your account. 

Sale items

Sale items will be refunded for the price at the time of purchase.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
